How do I change or cancel my reservation?
You can cancel or amend your reservation by contacting the reception team. If your reservation was made with a 3rd party travel agent, please contact them directly.

All major worldwide credit cards are accepted upon booking and in hotel.

Arrival

What time can I check in?
You’re welcome to arrive between 15:00 and 22:00. From 12:00 and 19:00 each day there is someone to assist you within the hotel. After this time the access will only be available with our DIGITAL KEY APP – HOTEK. Do you have any questions over the Digital Key App? Then please contact us in advance.

During the stay

Are you pet friendly?
Unfortunately, no. Pets are not allowed in our Hotel.
