AGREEMENT FOR USE

You agree that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to access and to use this "Site" and the content, data, and information contained herein (collectively, "Content") in accordance with the terms and conditions provided below ("Terms of Use"). You agree that the reservation services of this Site shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding availability of rates, products, and services. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of this Site.

If you have been provided with a login and password, then any such login and password are for your personal use only. You may not reveal your login or password to anyone else or permit anyone else to use your login and password to access this Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify Boutique Hotel Zaan immediately if the security of your login or password has been breached.

Boutique Hotel Zaan reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Content and this Site are offered at any time. Boutique Hotel Zaan grants you a limited, revocable and non-exclusive license to access and make personal use of this Site and the Content exclusively to inquire about or make travel reservations and related services, including services relating to enrolment in, or management of, a loyalty program membership. This Site or any portion of this Site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Boutique Hotel Zaan. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Boutique Hotel Zaan and its affiliates without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Boutique Hotel Zaan's name or trademarks without the express written consent of Boutique Hotel Zaan. Any unauthorized use terminates the license granted by Boutique Hotel Zaan. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of Boutique Hotel Zaan so long as the link does not portray Boutique Hotel Zaan, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Boutique Hotel Zaan logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT
